As a logistics coordinator at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will play a crucial role in organizing the worldwide transport and storage of goods. Your responsibilities will include advising international customers, preparing offers, and processing orders. Your Responsibilities

  • You will gain a comprehensive understanding of different transport modes and logistics processes
  • You will have the opportunity to work in various departments, including scheduling, customer service, billing, customs, and more
  • You will be responsible for organizing transports in Germany and worldwide by truck, train, ship, and/or plane
  • You will advise and support customers in their logistics needs
  • You will calculate prices and prepare offers, contracts, and invoices
  • You will process complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • You must have at least an intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss)
  • You must speak fluent German (at least level B2)
  • You must be able to speak English easily
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You must enjoy working on the computer and have basic computer skills
  • You must be communicative and able to inspire customers
  • You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances
