Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects and specific applications
  • Implement new systems, including documentation in the form of guides and instructions
  • Prepare and conduct internal training sessions on new developments in the ERP system or new application areas
  • Provide first- and second-level support for employees
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems
  • User and rights management, backups, configuration
  • Enthusiasm and participation in digitalization and transformation projects
Requirements

  • Completed commercial training and strong IT affinity
  • Desirable first work experience in the mentioned field of tasks
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft365 environment
  • Experience with ERP systems is desirable
  • Teamwork, reliability, communication skills, and a high level of service orientation
  • A structured approach, curiosity, and a willingness to learn complete your profile
