We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oecotrophology Assistant to join our team at Professional Clean & Service GmbH. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals for the GenoKolleg in Münster
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and implement effective food safety measures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and staff at the GenoKolleg
Requirements:
  • Student or graduate in Oecotrophology or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
