Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen einen Service Supervisor, der sich auf die operative Planung und den Ablauf unserer VIP Veranstaltungen in der Allianz Arena München spezialisiert hat. Die Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose operative Planung und den Ablauf unserer VIP Veranstaltungen an Spiel- und Nichtspieltagen
  • Persönliche Gästebetreuung vor Ort
  • Organisation und Koordination des gesamten Serviceteams
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Veranstaltungen
Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach einem Teammitglied mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie / Gastronomie
  • Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Gastgeberpersönlichkeit
  • Verlässlichkeit und Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenzen, Flexibilität sowie Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Interesse an internationalen Events
