Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Bauleiter für unsere Yacht-Einrichtungsabteilung in Bremerhaven.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Die selbstständige Abwicklung von Montageaufträgen im hochwertigen Innenausbau auf Yachten
  • Projektumfang vom Aufmaß über den Rohbau bis zur schlüsselfertigen Endmontage und Übergabe an den Auftraggeber
  • Einteilung und Koordination der eigenen Mitarbeiter, Nachunternehmer und Fremdleister
  • Sicherung der Ausführung hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
  • Claim-Management, Projektverfolgung und Nachtragsmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung
  • Material- und Betriebsmitteldisposition
  • Internationale Reisetätigkeit

Deine Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Tischler, Bootsbauer (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren Berufsbild, staatlich geprüfter Techniker (w/m/d) oder durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung erworbene gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Abwicklung von Baustellen im Schiffbau, bevorzugt im Yacht-Innenausbau
  • Erfahrung in der Personaleinsatzplanung sowie im Nachtragsmanagement erwünscht
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie CAD-Kenntnisse
  • Kundenorientiertes verbindliches Auftreten, unternehmerisches Denken, Organisationstalent und Flexibilität
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Selbstständigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft
