About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Brand Strategist to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective brand management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand plans and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant background.
  • Minimum 12 months professional experience in a Business Operations, E-Commerce, or Management area.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of another European language (preferably French, Italian, or Spanish).

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and international team that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration. We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
