Product Data Engineer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Data Engineer to join our team at Bertrandt. As a Product Data Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customer's activities in configuration management and change management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement configuration and change management frameworks
  • Lead the development of PDM and CAD topics, including training and role assignment for the design team
  • Coordinate the organization of the PDM and CAD system, including data management and linked documentation
  • Participate in D-FMEAs and P-FMEAs processes, focusing on quality and safety items

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in an engineering environment
  • Proficiency in applying PDM and CAD environments, particularly 3DX or CATIA V6, and managed tolerance concepts and documentation tools
  • Strong programming skills, especially in Macros
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
  • Well-organized and capable of leading component development projects
  • Fluent in English
  • German is a plus
