IT Infrastructure Specialist

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of our company's LAN/WAN IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our team of IT engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
  • Participate in IT projects for external customers, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Implement, manage, and troubleshoot a variety of software applications and hardware to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide end-user support, addressing technical issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate and maintain our computing, network, storage, and security systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and security.
  • Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to resolve technical problems.
  • Manage our MS Azure Cloud Environment, ensuring seamless integration with our on-premises systems.
  • Deliver day-to-day IT operations support to our business users, providing expert guidance and assistance.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair PC and LAN devices, ensuring they meet our technical standards.
  • Provide user support for MS Office, Win10-Win11, softphones, mobile phones, printers, scanners, and other technical tools.
  • Accept project work according to order, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be prepared to travel for work as required, representing our company with professionalism and expertise.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with Windows Active Directory structure based on current Windows operating systems.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online support and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
    • Proficiency in Windows 10 & 11 Professional support.
    • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of troubleshooting, with a focus on resolving technical issues efficiently.
    • High flexibility and operational readiness, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Friendly interaction with teammates and customers, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to IT support.
    • University degree in IT or comparable qualification, with professional certifications such as MCP or MCSE being an advantage.
