About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our SAP practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anchoring engagement efforts for assignments, including business process consulting, problem definition, solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Leading project teams and guiding them on project processes and deliverables.
  • Providing thought leadership in SAP modules, including SAP ABAP/SD/FI/CO/QM/PP, and logistics areas.
  • Executing changes in configuration, resolving functional defects, and analyzing client requirements.
  • Preparing and reviewing functional specifications, coordinating with offshore teams, and tracking deliverables.
  • Building training needs for the team and developing a training program for better performance.
  • Preparing test cases, working on interface issues, and creating documentation.
  • Participating in proposals and RFPs, coordinating with clients, and handling client escalations.
  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching junior functional consultants and technical teams.
Requirements
  • Good domain knowledge in SAP modules.
  • Integration knowledge with ECC & S/4 HANA components, including logistics and production.
  • Preferred S4 HANA certification.
  • Hands-on knowledge in working with interfaces with 3rd party applications.
  • Strong working knowledge in pricing and rebate processes.
  • Good working experience in production support and leading a team of SAP consultants.
  • Full cycle implementation experience in SAP R/3.
  • Diverse experience in business process analysis, implementation process, SAP system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance, end-user training, and production support.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
