Principal Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our optical communications team, you will be responsible for the development of high-speed SerDes blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the optical communications team to develop high-speed SerDes blocks.
- Conceive and architect analog and digital signal paths within AMS modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
- Perform analog/mixed-signal fault modeling and simulation.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead multi-partner projects.
Requirements:
- Master's or PhD in electrical engineering or an equivalent field.
- Experience with high-speed SerDes, PHY, or PCIe.
- Excellent understanding of analog modules such as PLLs, DAC/ADCs, and LDOs.
- Industry experience in designing and architecting analog mixed-signal circuits.
- 10% travel required for this position.
