Ticket Inspector

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at Deutsche Bildungs- und Sicherheitslösungen GmbH as a Ticket Inspector. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough ticket inspections and fare checks to ensure compliance with transportation regulations
• Enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers with information and emergencies
• Monitor access control systems and provide security services as needed

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in German
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, and adapt to changing situations
• No criminal record and willingness to undergo background checks
