• Training and mentoring our students in practice
• Orienting new staff and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
• Participating in recruiting and retaining employees
• Creating and conducting short nursing training programs
• Coaching apprentices across facilities
• Collaborating closely with nursing schools and projects

Requirements:

Essential qualifications:

• Completed 3-year nursing apprenticeship
• Experience in health industry student supervision
• Practice instructor qualification or willingness to begin it
• High social competence and dedication
