As part of the Zech Group, we have been creating real estate investments for over 30 years, serving around 60,000 private and institutional investors. Our focus is on office and commercial properties in Germany.
Our most valuable asset is our team - their expertise and personalities contribute to our company's success. We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our team in Stuttgart.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing, controlling, and overseeing a commercial real estate portfolio with a focus on office buildings.
- You will be responsible for selecting and appointing service providers, particularly for property management, and overseeing their work.
- You will oversee leasing processes and actively participate in lease negotiations.
- You will be the point of contact for our major tenants.
- You will develop sustainable asset strategies and implement them.
- You will continuously identify cost drivers and factors that reduce returns, and develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
- You will be responsible for ongoing return and profitability calculations, as well as comparing forecast and budget plans, including the creation of corresponding reports.
Your Qualifications
- You hold a degree in business administration with a focus on real estate or a comparable qualification, such as a real estate economist.
- You have experience in the leasing and management of commercial real estate, as well as excellent market knowledge.
- You possess a responsible, meticulous, and structured approach to work.
- You have a confident demeanor and negotiation skills.
- You have excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- You have a strong affinity for numbers.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You have negotiation-proof English skills.
