IT Process Consultant

A global manufacturing company is seeking an experienced IT Process Consulting Specialist to join its team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define detailed functional and technical requirements and solution specifications, including tests.
- Translate business requirements into technical aspects and process requirements.
- Develop solution concepts, perform feasibility analyses, and align them.
- Implement solution concepts according to internal guidelines.
- Transfer new solutions to the business or IT-Operations and develop operations manuals.
- Perform 3rd level support for ongoing IT solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, or a related field.
- LEPS, JIT, production process knowledge.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to concentrate, and analyze complex situations.
- Business fluent language skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
