Job Description
As the Head of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to drive airfreight and sea freight sales activities across Germany. You will set ambitious yet achievable targets for both yourself and the team, ensuring exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. Your hands-on approach will help to grow and develop the existing commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive airfreight and sea freight sales activities across Germany
• Set ambitious yet achievable targets for the sales team
• Oversee, mentor, and grow a small, existing commercial team
• Develop and nurture relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to guide sales strategies

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record of success in freight forwarding sales, with a focus on airfreight and sea freight
• Previous leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, manage, and grow a sales team
• Fluency in German (mandatory) and proficiency in English

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €90,000 - €110,000 per year, plus bonus and a company car.
