Business Developer

The Sales department at Steeple is looking for a highly skilled Business Developer to drive the company's growth in the German market.
This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing strategies to expand Steeple's presence in Germany, working closely with the pre-sales team to identify new business opportunities, and building relationships with key decision-makers in the region.
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, managing existing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the German market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the German market
- Identify and pursue new sales leads, managing the sales process from initial contact to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners in the region
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
