About the Role:

Gore Fabrics seeks a professional, highly motivated, and strategically proactive Leadership Assistant to support the global supply chain leader and leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and engage in a wide range of administrative work with high integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strategically schedule meetings and complex calendars, planning and preparing agendas, meeting materials, and expectations.
  • Coordinate events and meetings, including travel and summarizing notes, actions, and decisions.
  • Respond to high-priority needs, prioritize tasks, and make independent decisions while using good judgment.
  • Communicate exceptionally with a high level of professionalism, discernment, and focus on delivering excellent customer service and support internally and externally.
  • Utilize advanced technology to perform daily tasks and learn new technologies as needed.
  • Anticipate needs, deliver consistent results, and identify creative solutions for process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Accredited professional administrative certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years administrative support experience within the last 7 years.
  • Experience as an office or executive assistant with customer service or customer service management.
  • Extensive experience in supporting and engaging in complex administrative work.
  • Strong user of virtual collaboration tools and Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Robust project management and organization skills.
  • Flexible and collaborative team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and German language skills.
