We are seeking a seasoned Cross-Border M&A Dealmaker to join our dynamic team at the Asset Valuation Group, a leading boutique specializing in European mid-market transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving high-impact M&A deals across borders, with a focus on connecting Italian businesses with German investors and private equity funds.

This is a pivotal role that offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of international business relations. As a Cross-Border M&A Dealmaker, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing full-cycle M&A projects with a focus on Italian-German transactions.
  • Building trust with entrepreneurs and advising them with confidence and integrity.
  • Generating a pipeline of high-value deals by identifying opportunities in the Italian mid-market.
  • Conducting in-depth company and market analyses, aligning strategies with the needs of German investors.
  • Coordinating legal, commercial, and tax experts to ensure seamless execution.

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven ability to navigate the cultural nuances of international business.

You will also need to possess a strong understanding of the European mid-market and a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.

In return for your expertise, we offer a highly competitive salary of €120,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work from home or in our office in Munich or Italy.
