Ambitious Marketing Strategist Wanted for German Market Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketeer to lead our marketing efforts in the German-speaking market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive demand creation and capture.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in demand generation and/or demand capture, preferably in Fintech or SaaS. You will have hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing activities to accomplish set targets on budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement ongoing strategies for demand creation and capture, crafting a tailored localized communication mix that utilizes channels like online ads, SEO, email, social media, events, webinars, partnerships, and offline.
- Create and manage time-limited multichannel marketing campaigns as projects to support achievement of company commercial targets.
- Analyze CRM data to create impactful activities that engage and advance prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle. Use data insights to optimize the activities and drive interest and conversions.
- Create a marketing plan for the German market on a yearly basis which is in sync with international marketing plan.
- Maintain relationships with media companies and cover media planning and buying.
- Collaborate closely with various teams including Demand Capture, Design & Content, Marketing Operations, Sales team, and Brand & Campaign Manager covering other markets.
- Set ambitious goals and define key performance indicators and metrics for demand generation and demand capture activities.
- At least 5 years of work experience in hand-on demand generation and/or demand capture, preferably in Fintech or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing activities to accomplish set targets on budget.
- Experience creating, launching, and reporting on marketing campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills to translate our message to the market.
- Strong ability to make data-driven decisions on priorities of activities across various channels.
- Project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and hands-on mentality.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
