We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an experienced Chinese cuisine specialist.

About the Role

This position involves preparing high-quality Chinese dishes for first-, business- and economy-class passengers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing menu options while ensuring adherence to our hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP.

You will also supervise the kitchen team and contribute to creating a positive and supportive working environment.

Requirements
  • Professional experience in preparing traditional Chinese dishes at fine dining level
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Chinese cuisine and ingredients
  • Vocational training as a chef or equivalent is desirable
  • Service-oriented personality and hands-on work approach
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Fluent German and/or English language skills
