About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business and Solution Consultant to join our team at Luxoft. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering IT Service Management solutions to our clients in the DACH region.

Your primary focus will be on leading solution implementation projects, owning the technical and business design of the end-to-end solution, and conducting design reviews and data quality assurance. You will also manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead solution implementation projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical and business designs for IT Service Management solutions
  • Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivery
  • Participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content
  • Audit existing client implementations and recommend enhancements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or customer support organizations
  • 1-3 years of experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow
  • Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web-based technologies
  • 1+ years of experience in implementing and aligning business processes to ITIL best practices
  • Fluent in German and English, with another European language being an asset
  • Ability to travel within Europe
  • Articulate and effective communication skills
  • Result-driven and customer-centric
  • Able to inspire customer confidence through professional presence and self-confidence
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several accounts simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, consult, and grow the business
  • Positive attitude when solving business and/or technical problems
  • Self-starter with the ability to assume leadership and work without direct supervision
  • ServiceNow certifications are mandatory
