Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail environment at PUMA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that aligns with PUMA's values and service standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales, key performance indicator (KPI), and profitability goals, driving business growth and revenue.
- Transaction Processing: Efficiently process sales transactions at the cash register, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness, order, and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Inventory Management: Handle incoming and outgoing inventory, identifying opportunities to improve inventory management and communicating them to the team.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience, preferably in retail, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
- PUMA Brand Passion: A genuine passion for the PUMA brand, its values, and its products.
- Customer-Oriented Personality: A customer-oriented and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Team Player: A strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs, with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to develop new skills.
