Reward Economy Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Economy Lead to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth within our ecosystem of casual games and play-to-earn app layer. As a key member of our team, you will design and manage the rewarding and earning experience from an economic perspective for our players.
Key Responsibilities- Design and forecast player behaviors across both casual games and play-to-earn app layers, identifying opportunities to enhance ecosystem performance through A/B testing and predictive modeling.
- Craft and refine earning and rewarding loops, balancing challenges posed by ad revenue-based business models and multiple individual games.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Game Design teams to balance and design new features addressing existing game shortcomings, ensuring optimal player experience.
- Develop simulations and predictive models to anticipate the impact of logic changes, maintaining ecosystem stability and player balances.
- At least 3 years of experience in game economy, with strong understanding of numerical simulation methods and their applications (Monte Carlo, Metropolis-Hastings, etc.).
- Proven experience in economic modeling and quantitative analysis, behavioral economics, and motivational theories.
- Experience in predictive analytics, segmentation, and related areas, with ability to simplify and communicate complex economic concepts influencing design decisions.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Python or R is advantageous.
