**Your Role**
As a Caregiver (m/w/d) after § 43b SGB XI, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Assist with resident activities and events, such as exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social gatherings
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in caregiving and gerontology
**Requirements**
- Education and training in caregiving or a related field, such as nursing or social work
- Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
