Ihre Aufgaben

Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) bei FRESENIUS KABI sind Sie verantwortlich für die Implementierung von CMMS-Anwendungen an internationalen Standorten. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Leitung von Teilprojekten zur Implementierung von CMMS-Anwendungen
  • Die Definition und Terminierung von Projektmeilensteinen
  • Die Planung des globalen und lokalen Ressourcenbedarfs
  • Die Koordination von Projektressourcen für die rechtzeitige Erreichung der Meilensteine
  • Die Leitung von Workshops zur Konzeption des Projektplans
  • Die Priorisierung und Koordination von Umsetzungsaktivitäten
  • Das Management von Nutzeranforderungen und die Koordination der zeitgerechten Erstellung von technischen Lösungen
  • Die Erstellung und Verfolgung von Projektplänen in globaler Projektmanagementsoftware
  • Die Identifizierung von Projektrisiken und die Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Projektmanager (m/w/d) mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens oder eines verwandten Fachgebiets
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten
  • Kenntnisse in Konzepten und Prinzipien der Geschäftsprozessgestaltung mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0
  • GMP, GAMP, CSV Kenntnisse
  • Fähigkeit zur Leitung internationaler funktionsübergreifender Projektteams in einer Matrixorganisation
  • Unabhängig, prozess- und proaktiver Arbeitsstil gepaart mit gutem Konflikt- und Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenzen, ausgezeichnetes Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Aufgabenstellungen zu analysieren und zu koordinieren
  • Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch oder andere Sprachen wären von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu (begrenzten) Reisen zur Teilnahme an Workshops an internationalen Standorten
