About the Role

As an IT Project and Demand Manager - Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of Innomotics' global CRM system landscape, with a particular focus on lead & opportunity management. You will assist in the global implementation project, including coordination activities for the deployments across Innomotics' regions. You will also act as a liaison between the specialist department and development partners, organizing the implementation, testing, and deployments of further developments in an agile environment.

Your Responsibilities

- Support the development and enhancement of Innomotics' global CRM system landscape
- Assist in the global implementation project, including coordination activities for the deployments across Innomotics' regions
- Act as a liaison between the specialist department and development partners
- Organize the implementation, testing, and deployments of further developments in an agile environment
- Assist in establishing a global service structure
- Ensure that CRM functions can be implemented and used as per the requirements

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in marketing automation, CRM systems, and project management. You should have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable training, and have first experience with lead- and opportunity management and marketing automation. You should also bring experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 software platform and have already gained first experience as a team member of a software development team. You should have knowledge of agile project management, modern SW development approaches, and interface technologies, and be able to design technical implementation concepts based on new technologies. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and German.
