Chemical Operator/Plant Operator

Job Summary: As a Chemical Operator at Momentive, you will be an integral part of our team and play a crucial role in the production of high-quality silicone products. With your knowledge and dedication, you will ensure that our production lines run smoothly and meet the highest quality standards. You will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, where collaboration and mutual respect are key to achieving outstanding results. Your tasks will include:
Responsibilities:
- Safe and quality-oriented production of products in the assigned plant area according to instructions
- Maintenance of order, cleanliness, environmental protection, and occupational safety
- Driving of disk and/or container plants
- Supply of raw and intermediate products, conducting reactions, operating plants according to driving instructions, filling products
- Handling various hazardous substances
- Taking samples and laboratory tasks
- Reporting production in SAP, retrieving information from SAP
Requirements:
- You hold a completed training as a chemical operator (m/w/d)
- You bring a basic understanding of process technology and chemistry
- You have basic knowledge of SAP and Office programs
- You are open to new ideas and can quickly adapt to a new work environment
- As a team player, mutual respect and cooperative collaboration are a matter of course for you
- You communicate confidently in German in word and writing
- A valid forklift certificate is an advantage
