About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Service Technician to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator systems in the region of Munich.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevator systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Otis products and services to provide expert support to customers.

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a technical field, such as electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and meeting customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
