Raisin is establishing a Group Internal Audit function to support the organization's objectives by providing independent assurance and consulting services. The primary goal is to protect the company's assets, reputation, and sustainability. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to the development of a strong and motivated team of internal auditors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Business and IT audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks, including BAIT and MaRisk.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Business and IT controls, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, recommend improvements, and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including risk management and compliance teams, to ensure alignment on governance and compliance issues.
- Support the team in preparing quarterly and annual reporting to Senior Management, including presentations for Committees.
- Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in IT auditing, risk management, or compliance are highly preferred.
- Professional experience in Business/IT Audits, governance, risk, and compliance, ideally within the international financial services industry. Knowledge of outsourcing/ICT service provider management/audit is beneficial.
- Regulatory knowledge of BaFin-specific regulations, such as BAIT and MaRisk, as well as international frameworks like ISO 2700x, ITIL v4, and COBIT.
- Technical skills in working with Google Suite/MS Office, various general ledger/subledger tools, cloud-native tech stacks, AWS, Splunk, and Atlassian tools.
- Interpersonal skills with strong communication abilities and experience in stakeholder management.
