Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for initiating, planning, and executing projects to deliver results within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and steer projects and sub-projects from idea to market launch
  • Coordinate among different departments in Sicoya (matrix organizational structure)
  • Optimize and synergize Sicoya's development and production
  • Support communication within the company, with customers, and suppliers
  • Define work packages for engineers
  • Project reporting
Requirements
  • Any degree related to engineering, business, science, or similar that enables you to lead the development of optical data communication devices
  • More than 3 years of relevant experience in project management or product management
  • Keen perception of complex system architectures
  • Efficient problem-solving skills and quick adaptation to dynamic project conditions
  • Good organizational skills, assertiveness, and resilience are an advantage
  • You are a team player that thrives in a dynamic working environment
  • Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of German is an asset
