Griesemann Gruppe is a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for industrial plants, and we're looking for a skilled MSR Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for leading investment and maintenance projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion, and managing project resources effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Oversee project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, leveraging your expertise in electrical engineering and project management
  • Conduct technical evaluations, prepare tender documents, and negotiate with suppliers
  • Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the chemical, petrochemical, or refinery industries
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams or a willingness to take on a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
