Product Owner for Systems Simulation Engineering

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Product Owner, der unsere Simulation Applications and Platforms-Produktstrategie und -roadmap weiterentwickeln und abstimmen kann. Der ideal Kandidat identifiziert interne Kundenbedürfnisse und ableitet Anforderungen für das Systems Simulation Engineering. Er sammelt, priorisiert und verwaltet Anforderungen für das Systems Simulation Engineering im Produktbacklog und arbeitet eng mit internationalen Entwicklungs- und internen Stakeholderteams zusammen. Der Product Owner plant und koordiniert Produktreleases unter Sicherstellung der Qualität und der termingerechten Lieferung. Er identifiziert Verbesserungspotenziale und umsetzt entsprechende Maßnahmen für das Systems Simulation Engineering. Der Product Owner initiiert und leitet agile Zeremonien in Anlehnung an SCRUM.
Ihre QualifikationenDer ideal Kandidat verfügt über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Automatisierungs-technik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Er hat mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung technischer Lösungen, idealerweise im Bereich Simulation oder in der Auslegung oder Modellierung von Automatisierungssystemen. Der Kandidat hat Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Produktmanagement- und Definition von Produktvisionen. Er verfügt über Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering und mit agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden, idealerweise in der Rolle als Product Owner. Der Kandidat verfügt über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Er ist begeistert und überzeugend und verfügt über ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und interkultureller Kompetenz, insbesondere im indischen Kulturraum.
