About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solution Architect to join our team at Sogeti, part of Capgemini. As a key member of our operations in Luxembourg, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality client service, proposing innovative solutions, and developing long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Analysis: Collaborate closely with sales teams to analyze client needs and identify the best solutions in digitalization and software testing.
  • Proposal Development: Draft and present tailored technical proposals, emphasizing service quality and added value for the client.
  • Technical and Sales Support: Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including client presentations, negotiations, and demonstrations.
  • Portfolio Management: Take charge of managing and continuously updating the service portfolio, ensuring it reflects market trends and client needs.
  • Service Quality Monitoring: Work with delivery teams to ensure that the proposed and delivered services meet the quality standards expected by clients.
  • Innovation and Technological Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital and testing fields to ensure that our offerings remain cutting-edge.
  • Contributing to Growth Strategy: Identify new market opportunities and participate in implementing strategies to increase our market share in Luxembourg.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or a similar role within an IT services company, with a focus on digital services or software testing, is highly desirable.
  • Client Service Skills: Excellent ability to understand and meet client expectations, with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of digital technologies and software testing processes.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and English is essential for effective interaction with an international client base.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a team and build trust-based relationships.
  • Autonomy and Initiative: Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
