Aircraft Maintenance Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Gi Group Deutschland GmbH. As an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance tasks on aircraft and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft and aircraft appliances in accordance with established schedules and regulations.
  • Testing, adjusting, and repairing aircraft and subsystems using various test equipment, technical diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
  • Providing local aircraft departure and arrival support, including preflight checks, post-flight checks, and overseeing line service and fueling processes.
  • Composing and signing off aircraft logbook entries and records.

Requirements:

  • Valid EASA Part 66 CAT B1 and/or B2 license.
  • First professional experience as an aircraft technician in maintenance.
  • Readiness for shift work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
