Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Implementation Services Specialist, der sich auf die Implementierung von Oneview-Systemen spezialisiert hat. Als Teil des Wealth Services Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen für unsere Kunden beteiligt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung und Steuerung von internen Projekten, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit dem Digitalisierungs-Projekt GERry und dem Schwerpunkt bei unserem Mitarbeiterportal OneView
  • Koordinierung der Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung des laufenden Betriebs von unserem Mitarbeiterportal OneView
  • Unterstützung von Migrationsprojekten von Neu- und Bestandskunden auf unser Mitarbeiterportal OneView
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards im Bereich Wealth Services
  • Schulung der Mitarbeitenden im Hinblick auf Einhaltung von Prozessstandards im Zusammenhang mit unserem Mitarbeiterportal OneView
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit relevanter Ausrichtung (z.B. Mathematik, BWL, Informatik)
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative und kundenorientiertes Handeln und Denken
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Administrationsbereich der betrieblichen Altersversorgung
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, z.B. Erfahrungen im Bereich Digitalisierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Excel sowie in Word und Power Point
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke, sicherem Auftreten und serviceorientiertem Denken
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
