About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Maersk as a Control Tower CX Consultant. As a Hamburg-based professional, you will be part of a key client project, guiding multi-carrier shipments across the globe. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless logistics operations from origin to destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business data to meet specific operational requirements, providing actionable insights to drive efficiency.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate analysis results.
- Cultivate deep understanding of our business, customer needs, and market drivers to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Design customer-centric dashboards to meet evolving service needs, ensuring timely production and updating of data pipelines.
- Identify business opportunities and predict customer behaviors through statistical analysis, leading to cost reductions through data-driven insights and automation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution and Financial Operations across end-to-end logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on translating data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge stakeholders when needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
