Welder/Fabricator - Steel Structures Specialist

Key tasks include:

• Read and understand technical documents such as blueprints and assembly plans
• Work on ladders, scaffolding, and assemblies
• Prepare workpieces and components based on drawings and work instructions
• Execute and inspect welding works diligently
• Perform MAG welding on crane parts
• Independently set welding parameters based on workpiece thickness, weld geometry, filler materials, and welding instructions
• Adhere to welding standards
• Report any deviations
• Conduct quality control
• Perform gas cutting tasks

We expect you to have:

• Completed vocational training as a welder, metalworker, or structural fabricator
• Experience in sheet metal work is advantageous
• Proficient in reading blueprints and steel processing
• Good knowledge of MAG welding processes
• Experience working in accordance with quality requirements and tolerances
• Valid welding certification for the mentioned welding processes
• Basic knowledge of quality management
• Fluent in German
• Ability to work in a team
• Reliability, attention to detail, caution, and dexterity
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Quality-consciousness
• Participate in optimizing production processes
• Flexibility to work in a two-shift operation
