About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Broadcast Content to join our team at DFL Digital Sports GmbH. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of high-quality post-production formats for the Bundesliga and setting new editorial standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the development of post-production formats for the Bundesliga, ensuring high-quality content that meets our editorial standards.
  • Develop and manage editorial and operational topics to create engaging content for our international markets.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all editorial matters related to IPP post-production formats, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Drive innovation and development of new formats, leveraging your creative ideas and editorial expertise to shape the future of our content.
  • Collaborate with your team to develop and implement editorial and production strategies, ensuring the highest level of content excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in post-production and editorial management, with a strong understanding of editorial workflows.
  • Excellent creative and innovative skills, with the ability to develop new ideas and formats.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
