About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Manager to join our team at CITTI Märkte. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and customers to design and implement technical solutions.
- Perform software updates and installations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Configure and manage databases, servers, and interfaces to meet business requirements.
- Provide second-level support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues and developing solutions.
- Assist with data migrations and scripting tasks to resolve technical queries.
- Analyze and resolve performance issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in IT or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in software implementation, database management, and technical support.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
