Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Quality Manager to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH.

About the Role:

  • As a Supply Chain and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and quality aspects of our contracts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of goods and services.
  • You will serve as the central point of contact with suppliers, evaluating their performance and contributing to the selection decision.
  • Manage supplier quality approval/authorization, ensuring compliance with required certifications.
  • Present supplier performance data during commodity meetings.
  • Monitor new product introductions to ensure industrial qualification maturity.
  • Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects.
  • Develop short-term and mid-term recovery plans for missing parts and purchase orders.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a comparable field.
  • More than two years of professional experience in supply chain management.
  • Good knowledge of KVP, Total Quality Management, and civil aviation documentation.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
