Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly payroll accounting, ensuring compliance with current tariff, tax, social security, and labor law regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel master data and digital personnel files.
  • Prepare contracts and certificates, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
