• Lead the conceptual design and development of the department, ensuring its alignment with best practices and evolving healthcare needs.
• Optimize hospital processes and workflows related to orthopedics, enhancing efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Mentor and train junior doctors, fostering their professional growth and contributing to the development of future orthopedic specialists.

• Possess a completed specialist training in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery.
• Hold a valid German medical license (a temporary license may be considered for a junior doctor position).
