Senior Research Professor in Food Systems Biology

Job Description:

Technische Universität München (TUM) and the Leibniz Institute for Food Systems Biology at TUM invite applications for a Professorship in Chemosensory Food Systems. The position is a tenured W3 professorship with a reduced teaching load to lead the Leibniz-LSB@TUM.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Leibniz-LSB@TUM
  • Conduct research in chemosensory food systems
  • Teach courses in food science and technology
  • Promote early-career scientists
