About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our team in Kiel and Berlin. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating, modifying, and executing purchase orders
  • Managing order confirmations and tracking shipments
  • Resolving issues with defective shipments
  • Communicating with suppliers regarding delays
  • Troubleshooting errors in our ERP system
  • Managing returns and exchanges
  • Performing data updates and maintenance
  • Investigating and resolving stock-out issues
  • Escalating critical issues, such as impending stockouts
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in supply chain management
  • Knowledge of the SHK industry is an asset
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems, preferably SLIM4
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Excellent English language skills
