CLdN SA is a leading provider of integrated quay-to-quay and door-to-door logistics solutions. Our mission is to excel as an integrated provider of maritime links, and we are seeking a skilled CSR Reporting Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CSR Reporting Specialist to develop and implement our CSR reporting framework, ensuring compliance with European CSR reporting requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding our approach to ESG / CSR and will be responsible for developing and implementing our CSR reporting framework, planning and writing our annual corporate responsibility report, and ensuring that our reporting meets legal requirements and aligns with sector best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CLdN's CSR reporting framework in alignment with the general and sector-specific requirements of the EU's CSR Reporting Directive (CSR-D) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS);
  • Plan, write, and produce an annual corporate responsibility report, ensuring that CLdN's reporting meets legal requirements and aligns with sector best practices;
  • Ensure robust internal processes for ESG data gathering and review, and liaise with external assurance providers / auditors for verification of all ESG data;
  • Develop and evolve the annual ESG reporting plan and manage inter-related timelines, milestones, and deadlines;
  • Carry out periodic competitor ESG benchmarking and review CLdN's double materiality matrix;
  • Research the ESG landscape and stay up to date with current developments in the evolution of ESG matters and reporting frameworks, particularly those relevant to the shipping / logistics sector;
  • Develop a framework to respond efficiently to external ESG enquiries (e.g. responses to customer ESG questions);
  • Produce relevant reports and updates for the Management Team and Board.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar or related role;
  • Detailed knowledge and expertise in the CSR / ESG landscape and related EU reporting requirements;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in implementing tools to aggregate and visualize CSR / ESG data from different sources;
  • Necessary influencing skills to ensure that colleagues contribute enthusiastically to the projects for which you have responsibility;
  • Hands-on attitude and ability to work autonomously;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal clients, external partners, and other stakeholders including Senior Management;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and practical use of applications for the preparation of reports and data analysis;
  • Fluency in English; other languages would be an advantage.
