At Mycolever, we're revolutionizing the industrial bioeconomy by harnessing the biodiversity of fungi to create sustainable biocompounds. As a Founder Associate, you'll play a key role in developing our biosurfactant platform and unlocking the potential of the Fungal Kingdom.
Your RoleWe're seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual to join our mission and help us take Mycolever to the next level. As a Founder Associate, you'll work closely with our founding team to develop our venture and gain a comprehensive understanding of the venture development process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement our go-to-market strategy through business case validation, expert interviews, marketing and sales projects, and product launch preparations.
- Address challenges related to process and operational scalability, such as preparing product launches, building sales processes, supporting marketing activities, and supporting project management.
- Contribute to product development activities, whether in software development or biotech process scale-up.
- Assist the founders in navigating the fundraising process, from defining strategies to managing investor relations and mastering the perfect pitch.
We're looking for a highly motivated and business-fluent individual with a strong academic background in a relevant field, such as business, management, or biotechnology. Previous internship experience in startups or tech companies is an advantage. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, a 'get-things-done' attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
