Data Scientist with focus on Statistical Programming

Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Staburo GmbH. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing project data, processing data, and developing reusable programs using SAS. Your expertise in statistical programming and clinical research will be essential in supporting our clients efficiently from study design to data analysis and finally the disclosing and posting of trial results.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze project data and process data using SAS
  • Develop reusable programs, including macros, for data visualization and output generation
  • Specify and create analysis datasets
  • Validate datasets and outputs
  • Support non-clinical and clinical development in all phases
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in data science, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent education with a good knowledge of statistics. At least two years of experience in SAS programming and clinical research are required. Excellent working knowledge of clinical trial documents, such as CSR, SAP, and CTR, is essential. Very good knowledge of clinical data and experience with CDISC standards, including ADaM and ADRG, are a plus. Strong analytical and quick-learning skills, as well as a precise and accurate way of working, are also required. Team player and a high degree of initiative are essential for this role.
