Senior Financial Clerk

Leverage your expertise in accounting and finance to deliver exceptional support to our dynamic team at CAMCO GmbH.

As a key member of our Administration and Finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities. Your responsibilities will include providing accounting support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department, processing daily activities in our general ledger system, completing bank reconciliations, and processing journal entries and the month-ending closing period.

You will also be responsible for compiling statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to matters such as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses.

In addition, you will assist with month-end reporting procedures, process accounts payables and receivables as needed, and perform filing and general administrative tasks in support of the accounting department.

Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an accounts receivable or payable clerk. You should have advanced proficiency in German language, a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in accounting (preferred), and familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.

A strong understanding of MS Office, databases, SAGE 100 ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, and proven ability to author Excel spreadsheets and process financial reconciliation reports is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle internal/external customer service requests professionally are also required.

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
