Security Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Security Manager to join our team at Mühlbauer ID Services GmbH.

• Implement and maintain safety measures and compliance with the company's safety requirements.
• Train employees, contractors, and guests in accordance with safety manuals and requirements.
• Plan, prepare, and update safety audits and re-audits based on the safety concept, risk assessment, and implementation of corrective and improvement actions.
• Lead the approval and control of access control procedures and regulations within the organization.
• Control and check safety systems at regular intervals.
• Analyze the current situation and status of the entire security system, insurance companies, police, emergency services, and fire departments.
• Implement and maintain all safety procedures and requirements in accordance with international standards.

• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Several years of professional experience would be desirable.
• University degree or a relevant qualification.
• Experience with local safety, labor, and trade laws, contact with legal and technical departments.
• Professional understanding of technical processes and dependencies.
