About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Account Manager to join our team at DDB Germany. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cross-media campaigns and projects for our automotive clients, including SEAT and CUPRA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop innovative ideas and concepts that meet client needs
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and events
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements
  • Develop and maintain budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in an agency setting
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent writing and presentation skills
